SHIPPING CARRIERS & MISSING PACKAGES
1. Customers have the option to choose between USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS shipping.
2. All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise chosen.
3. When orders are shipped, customers will receive a tracking number confirmation. Please make sure your e-mail is set to receive notifications from supportlauren's, otherwise your notifications will be sent to your Spam and Junk folders.
4. Our website is linked with the ARRIVE app for your convenience. This APP allows your to track shipped orders in real time.
5. If you have received a shipping notification that your order has been DELIVERED, but you have not received your order, please contact your carrier to track your package. Once packages leave the supportlauren's warehouse, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Please contact your carrier to file a claim.
3-5 BUSINESS DAYS - All in-stock, regular priced items will ship in 3-5 business days.
SWEET TEE TUESDAY: While we try and ship Sweet Tee orders within 5-7 business days, please allow up to 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS on SWEET TEE TUESDAY orders.
MUST HAVE OF THE MONTH: Must Have of the Month orders ship on or about the 10th-15th of each month, following the month in which your order was placed.
SPECIALTY ITEMS/FUNDRAISERS: From time to time, supportlauren "gives back" by holding fundraisers with specialty items and designs for organizations or events. Please note that these are pre-ordered items and not stock items. Please check our website for shipping information as it becomes available. Shipping times may change. Unfortunately, we are not able to contact all customers with shipping updates - please check our website for information regarding your specialty item.
**Market Season and Pre-Order items sometimes may have longer lead times. Please allow 4-6 weeks on some items.**
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
1. SWEET TEE TUESDAY ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE - NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS.
2. If your order is damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us at: email@example.com
3. Sale items are final sale and do not qualify for exchanges. If you need another size of your sale item, please contact us. If we have the size you need, we will let you and start an exchange for you.
4. If you are unhappy with your regular priced item, you may return it within 7 business days for store credit. So sorry, no refunds!
5. If you would like to exchange your regular priced item for a different size or style, please complete the exchange form entirely and mail your item back to us within 7 business days at:
